Staff was incredible. Our dog Koda is a little shy and the staff at pooch hotel picked up on that right away. I really felt they knew our dog and that made me feel really good. They were very attentive and very caring. I would highly recommend them.

We brought our dog, Macaroon in for grooming this past weekend. Your groomer did a fantastic job and we were impressed with how great Macaroon looked and how happy she was when we picked her up. Great job!
We’ve been going to the pooch hotel for years and love it. We have a very little nervous dog and everyone’s always super nice and patient with her. They all seem to love her as much as we do. I have peace of mind when I drop her off! Highly recommend.
The only negative I have is that upon check In I was assured I’d get an email with instructions on how to view my dogs via the webcam. I never got the email so I could not see how my dogs were doing. They are old dogs so I’m a bit disappointed
I had to drop my dog Jasoer off last minute at the Pooch Hotel. They were able to take Jasper. I was able to observe Jasper on the cam having fun playing with other dogs. When I picked him up he seemed very happy. He had a good experience at Pooch Hotel and therefore so did I.
Luke had never been to a kennel and it was a special circumstance because he is injured and had to remain quiet. The staff went out of their way. They emailed me with concerns and sent a picture Luke. I was very impressed with their compassion and concern for Luke.
Juno loves you gals & guys! He is always excited about spending time at the Pooch.Thank you for the great care!!
My elderly dog seems to love coming here and the employees are fantastic!
