RecommendedOur very energetic lab has stayed at the Pooch Hotel on multiple occasions. She seems to love it. We most recently had her stay there while we took an international trip of a lifetime. We loved being able to check in by video while overseas. She appeared to be having a blast in play group! When our flight home was cancelled, they were very responsive and helpful with extending her stay until we got home.

RecommendedMy dog Remi has stayed several times for stays between 2 and 7 days. He looks forward to the dog playgroups and the staff have always been attentive. Remi also takes meds and not all kennels will board dogs with med needs, but Pooch Hotel Newton will! I'm happy to have them for boarding my dog.

RecommendedThe Pooch Hotel team is absolutely incredible. Our dog Kobe is SO excited every time we take him to the hotel for boarding. He runs around and kisses all of the employees and his butt wiggles so fast because of how hard he wags his tail. I watch on the webcam and see how happy he is during play group. The staff are so well trained and interact with the dogs during play groups so professionally. RecommendedPooch Hotel has great grooming services! From the moment we booked our appointment there was great communication and customer service. The whole staff was very professional, and I felt very comfortable leaving our dog there to be groomed! The groomer did an excellent job with the fur cut and did exactly what I requested! I will definitely be a repeat customer!

RecommendedWe had a wonderful experience with the Pooch Hotel during a recent vacation. It was Luna's first time in boarding so she took a while to settle in but the staff at Pooch Hotel were so patient with her and regularly communicated on her progress via email. The website is very user friendly and they secured all her vet records really quickly. On our return, we were delayed unexpectedly and so the hotel kept Luna another night and were very responsive to the request. We will be back!

RecommendedWe boarded our puppy here for the first time this past week while on vacation which was his first time away from us. They did an amazing job making sure Winston felt comfortable and I could tell they took really good care of him. Every time I saw him on the webcam he was either having a blast with other pups or passed out in his suite. He didn’t want to leave. He will be back every time we travel now!
