-Update- Nancy contacted me and was beyond helpful about how what my dog experienced should never has happened. She offered a refund and a bath. I brought him in for grooming and they did a wonderful job and he was as happy as could be. Nancy and her staff had made me feel confident in bringing my baby here again. I took my dog here for boarding for two nights. When I picked him up he was filthy. He was covered in urine and even had what looked like poop on his face and head. Our pup absolutely loves going to pooches! It wears her out too which is an added bonus!
We have taken our Dogs to Pooches for about 7 years. During that time we have had old dogs die and gotten new young and older dogs. One thing is consistent though...... they all love going to Pooches. Just say the word Pooches and they happily run to the utility room to get their leashes. They must have a good time there and be treated nicely or they wouldn't be so excited. I recommend Pooches for daycare and boarding. They can also provide some pretty good training for humans on how to relate to their dogs.
Love the people and this amazing facility. Their dedication to the well being of their clients is undeniable. My babies love getting to go and always get excited when we tell them where they are going! Thank you Lawanna and Nancy for everything you and your team does!
Pooches makes my life easier all the time. Especially on hot days and rainy days. My furry kid loves to go there and comes home tired and relaxed. The grooming is great there too. The owners and staff love their jobs and it shows.
I just love Pooches. They have treated my dogs like they are family for year and years. You will find no better place for ALL of your doggie needs
