This was last year; If I could give them negative stars I would. We bought a pool last spring and even paid extra to have it installed early in the summer. It was supposed to be in and ready before the end of June. No word from Pool City or the contractor, even after repeated calls. Finally got ahold of someone and they then said mid July. Nothing. purchased a Pool that was to be delivered first week April paid in full in January. was told if pool not delivered to call so second week April we did call and the guy proceeded to tell us that's not on him and they don't deliver and how irresponsible we were for waiting this long. so we call pool city delivery people who they hire to deliver pool and our paper work was never sent over. we call back only for the guy to tell us how irresponsible we are. Very poor customer service at greensburg store. we purchased our pool at the beginning of may. Was first told 2 weeks after delivery of pool we would hear from the installer which we didn't it's now been 6 weeks. The store gave us a disconnected number and a cell phone number that nobody answers. we have tried several times to contact the salesman still no response. finally got through to the store after calling 30 times and they told us 10 weeks. Pool City Greensburg is the worst business we have ever dealt with. Bought a hot tub there in February. Had a broken side panel when loaded. Sales guy offered us $150 in store credit or replacement panel. We chose replacement panel. It's now August 5th and after numerous promises to call us back we still have a broken panel. Avoid Pool City.
