Zach has been nothing but amazing. His dedication to customers/clients is second to none, whether a part time client or full time. As a new pool owner, I had no idea what I was doing but am very much a DYIer and wanted maintain the pool myself but not having a clue. Zach came and tested my water in early spring. Zach is super knowledgeable and a real professional. Best service and care for the price after comparing four other competitors. He is the only pool professional I’ve ever worked with who actively teaches you what needs to be done and seeks your feedback. Great communicator, would refer him to anyone.

Pool Genius LLC is a great company. Zach the owner is very professional, knowledgeable and caring. Our service tech Matt is great. He takes the time to ensure our pool is in tip top condition. I also want to thank him for being so patient with our grandson who talks his ear off. Would definitely recommend this company.
