I have never had a pool before but was told Pool and Spa Connection, in Spartanburg on Asheville Hwy, had installed the pool and had serviced it with the previous owners. I went there and they were very helpful. I signed up for an orientation for someone to come out and show me how everything works and how to take care of it. We had a wonderful experience with this company and will definitely be using them for all of our pool and hot tub needs in the future. Although we are located 100 miles away on the Blue Ridge Parkway, a team of contractors showed up early and did not quit until the job was done. We had a large pool and two hot tubs re-tiled and could not be happier with the quality of work. Friendly staff and excellent service.
