We had an exceptional experience using pool stop to make our dreams become reality with our pool design. I was very specific on things that were important to me and they made sure it all happened. I can't say enough great things about poolstop. We purchased our first home and the pool needed to be re-plastered. Pool stop gave us a great quote and were able to get exactly what we wanted. Everything happened exactly when we were told it would. Victor, our PM always answered my thousands of questions and really seemed invested in our pool and backyard as if it was his own. Like any consumer, I will evaluate their pricing compared to others when doing my yearly Chemicals. Throughout the years, changes in brands or types of chemicals, Pool Stop continues to have competitive pricing and not outrageous up charges! My recent visit was an emergency need for a new Pump.
