I have been a customer for months and recently purchased a pool pump through this company. The pump was installed with broken parts, which was frustrating enough, but then I discovered I had been charged twice for the pump—an extra $3,000. I was initially told the duplicate charge had been refunded. Ten days later, I was informed they had made yet another mistake and never actually processed the refund. We’ve been using Pool Triopers for about 30 years! They are reliable, do a great job and jump in when we call for repairs! Frank is our guy right now & he’s the best!! He communicates when there’s something that needs our attention and helps to solve whatever problems we have going on! I’d recommend him & this company 😃
These people are loosing employees right and left. They were really good when we started but now are terrible. The GM Eric is a complete illiterate when it comes to communication. Has no clue how to communicate to clients and never keeps his word. Our weekly guy, Pablo is amazing but beyond that, they are completely useless. They installed a new salt cell that hasn’t worked since the beginning. They were supposed to clean my filters and never did. Very disappointed in my choice to use them. Joel has been servicing our pool for some time now. He is extremely polite and professional, and does a very thorough job. He is very kind and a pleasure to have at our property. Joel is a wonderful guy.
Frank is absolutely AMAZING! Knowledgeable and caring. He takes pride in making sure my pool is clean ( and beautiful too )!
