Nolan is a great person and makes sure that you are 100% satisfied with the job. I had a few issues with the pool construction but no matter what the problem was, Nolan made sure that it was taken care of. If I could have done anything different, I would have requested a different plaster company as the sub-contractor and i would have upgraded to stonescape or pebbletech plaster. Wonderful experience in a pool and outdoor living area construction project. Crews were attentive and maintained a clean site during the build. Nolan and his team were quick to address small issues and punch list items after the installation. Highly recommend!
Great customer service from start to finish with excellent communication. We are very happy with our pool and would highly recommend them to friends and family! Their work is top notch quality and super fast which is a huge plus! Overall, it was a wonderful experience working with Pools By Design.
Pools By Design did an excellent job installing our personally designed pool. They were able to accommodate our requirements of equipment placement and helped us pick out the perfect color of PebbleTec. I would definitely recommend them.
