The biggest issue among all the other issues we've experienced is our pool concrete walkway. Pea gravel was used under the concrete, pea gravel does not compact. 4 days after they poured the concrete, It started cracking in various areas.We voiced our concern with Pools of fun because we knew something wasn't right and was only going to get worse as time progressed. The absolute worst customer service we have ever experienced. They repaired a busted pipe meaning concrete had to be redone. They hired a sloppy, cheap subcontractor who "forgot" to put in the rebar wiring and bonding after first pour. No bonding could have caused SHOCK/DEATH. After second pour, they used BLACK Stain when the rest of our concrete is grey and also got stain on our pool cover. I just had a serious issue with Pools of Fun and am going to take this up with legal authorities but wanted to go on record here. I had them do a drain and fill on my pool. I was very happy with that. Then I started their weekly maintenance service. After two times, I got a note from their marketing guy who said they are discontinuing service because -- according to him -- two techs who visited our home on two different occasions said they had an issue with my wife and didn't want to come here any longer. Pools of Fun conducted a pool opening and treated our pool like a trash can. They took the debris and dumped it all into the pool. When I called and emailed with evidence and asked to remedy the situation, I was told: "there would be no further action taken." I had to file a complaint with the attorney general and small claims, they were absolutely disrespectful of our property and I would NOT recommend any service.

I use Pools of Fun for an inspection to purchase a pool. This company gave it a perfect score and I've had nothing but trouble with the pool since I purchased the house and pool. I think their inspection was inaccurate and very costly. I would not use this company for any services or inspection."

On the day of the inspection, 22 pictures were taken while on site… about ½ of the pictures were specific to equipment and the other to the condition of the pool and spa. These images show the pool and spa not only in good condition but all equipment operational and in good working order. On 6/10/21 during a call to our service department, it was divulged by client that another company handled opening/ closing services on this pool after the inspection completed by Pools of Fun on 10/1/20.
