Poor customer service from Jess at Poolwerx Applecross. I reached out on a number of occasions for support (mostly a result of the pool technician needing to re-attend eg pump left on wrong setting), and received limited, untimely or sometimes no response. Each time this increased the cost that I incurred, which it felt they genuinely couldn’t care about. In addition the technician would not always turn up on the scheduled day and never provided an hours notice (necessary for us to ensure our dogs aren’t out) which we were ... read more

I have been using PoolWerx for many years through there services out at my home and going into the East fremantle and Applecross store locations. An I can say I personally have never had an issue with them. The customer service provided by Leanne (applecross manager), Kristen (East Fremantle manager) as well as the lovely ladies within the service side is absolutely magnificent. The true fact that they are honest with wait times, makes it a duly valuable business to have regularly maintain my pool.

It has been a pleasure working with the team in Poolwerx Applecross - communication was quick and clear, response and turn around time was prompt and Jess ensures everyone is updated. After job completion the reports are clear with photos and descriptions of tasks undertaken. In reply to your response - You can’t find me Because my mother is your client - not me. I would never engage your services after seeing how you treat her. Their Winter service just kept my mother’s pool green so they can now try to charge her one thousand dollars to get ready for summer. Wat has she been paying you for every 4 weeks during winter for ?

I am with your service for 5 years. Pool turned to Green in Nov 2025 and again in January. We can’t enjoy the pool this whole summer season! And in last 5 days, said you guys came for 3 times to deal with the pool which cost me $600. Then 2 times of the visit just for show up because said my pool water is low. I did fill in water after first visit! The question is why my pool turns to green with your regular service.
