This is a follow up review from earlier. I’ll keep it short because I want others to read this. Poolwerx came out on may 20th and last visit was July 18. After 14 visits I still have a green with algae pool. I have spent a lot for no success. This is a disgrace and I hope others will think twice about using this company. This has been so upsetting for me and I haven’t been treated fairly.

Hi Eugenia. I'm sorry this didn't work out. Your pool was blue when we finished the green to clean. It takes work to maintain the pool even when it's blue. We offered to add you to our weekly schedule and you said you would take care of it. We have come out multiple times for additional issues even doing some work for free to try to help you out. Great customer service is our top priority but we can't maintain your pool for free.
Horrible service and dishonest. Do not give them your credit card and review your statement carefully. They charge for the chemical that should be included with your weekly service. They charge your card unauthorized and a lot of extras. DO NOT USE YRUST THEM. .
