Excellent service! Contracted Neil and they emptied and cleaned my pool just a couple of days later. It was totally green due to being unable to run the pump for 3 months after the hurricane. They added all the salt and chemicals and had everything up and running in 3 days. Great service and wonderful people to work with!

I watched this place slowing move in to the Riverwood area. I mentioned to my husband we should try this place out when they open. When poolworx finally opened we did had a very good experience. Now that's the only place he will go for his pool needs. Saturday he went up there to get his water tested and noticed they had DUCKS! JEEP ducks that is and they gave him ducks! I came home and he told me they had ducks! My jeep and my husband absolutely love Poolworx 🤣🥰
My elderly mom called this company to come out and put a timer on her pump. The first appointment was a no show and now call. She called them and they said they were running behind and would come out first thing the next morning. It was late afternoon before the guy showed up. He started trying to replace her pump and she told that her pump didn’t need replaced and that all she wanted was a timer installed. Extremely great pool supply company! I met the branch owner a few weeks back and he was very polite and knows everything there is to know about pools. The shop is well stocked and they were able to do my water sample in minutes and gave their recommendations for getting my pool water perfect!
