Since Poolwerx accepted maintenance of my pool I have been impressed by the personal interest and concern shown by the Principal, Matt,. His staff members are friendly, reliable & courteaus. A mechanical breakdown of pool equipment has been resolved by Matt’s professional expertise, saving my family from a murky khaki pool at Christmas.
Matt is always ready to help, reliable and solutions focussed. I would highly recommend him to any pool owner.
I contacted Matt at Poolwerx Avalon in Late December 2025, my Pools was a basket case, I was sick of "Clean to Green" cycle I was constantly going through. The first thing Matt committed to was to get my pool in shape for Xmas, he did it! By the end of January 2026 through the updating of equipment and working hard to fix the water quality, my pool is fantastically sparkling. Pool Werx Avalon have helped me to put house on the market. Constantly attending to my pool for weeks and it now looks perfect. At first pool was nearly black and Matt Smileys hard work paid off, I now can put my house on the market. They brought the pool back to life. Also Matt would take photos of pool each day so I could see what they had done. I would recommend them to anyone!
