I visited the pool shop recently, and Jack was incredibly helpful. He was very friendly and patient in answering all of my questions. He even stayed back after hours to help me resolve my pool issues, which I truly appreciated. His excellent customer service made the whole experience very positive, and I was very happy with the support I received. Thank you, Jack!
Our pool filter finally gave up the ghost after more than 20 years faithful service. I popped in to Poolwerx, Baulkham Hills on Tuesday, 27 February 2024. Tim provided a quote on the spot after looking at photos of our existing set-up. Deposit paid and the install was scheduled for the very next day.
