Thanks to Brendon (the owner) for popping out and teaching me all about my pump and gear, epsecially for items I had no idea about. His knowledge is unmatched, super friendly and helpful. Staff in the store (especially Connor) are also exceptional, above and beyond what I would have expected.
These guys are always very friendly, reliable and do a great job. They give me prior notice of their arrival and they come on time. My pool is always spotless and sparkling. Highly recommend.
We have used Poolwerx for a couple of years and initially, the service was excellent. They are very diligent with their 4–6 week maintenance checks throughout the winter months. However, the service has become unreliable when it matters most. During the peak summer periods, including Christmas and New Year, they consistently fail to show up or manage the increased demand. It’s disappointing to have a year-round contract only to be let down during the few weeks we actually want to use the pool.
Really helpful and friendly team here at Poolwerx. I've been to so many different pool places and these guys consistently deliver great service and advice. Thanks team - merry xmas!
