Normally I love the service here as they usually go above and beyond. I recently however had a negative experience. The gold service was meant to remove sand and debris from bottom of pool. After service, the tech left without comment and when I went out to check pool 25min after he left there was still significant sand, leaves and sticks on the bottom. Usually I just bring my pool water sample into Poolwerx Beldon and they analyse it for whatever chemicals I need. Yesterday, Daniel made a service call to our home and did a fantastic job of getting our pump and sand filter back to running perfectly after some problems we were having. It was good to have him there to go over some valuable tips on and procedures to use going forward.
I needed a new filter and chlorinator, and James provided a competitive quote, with options. No pushy sales pitch and his personable approach was appreciated. The technician arrived on time, kept me informed and conducted a smooth handover. A very neat installation, he cleaned up when he finished, and he was very professional. Well done
I would like to say how professional, and knowledgeable JAMES @POOLWORX BELDON was. He came out really quickly and replaced the broken acid hose, sabing any deterioration of my pool, he gave me lots of advice on how to maintain the running order of my pool, dont hesitate using these Guys, reasonable rates and efficient.
