I've been a loyal customer for around 8 years. I've had a few issues with their service over that time but they have been pretty good. This last year, service is shit. Gold service doesn't even get you pool vacuumed, skimmer box cleaned or water balanced. I've raised a complaint about the water being green for the last six months and have received over $600 this month in charges, due to their ongoing lack of maintenance. They also have ridiculous mark ups on all their equipment and chemicals, beware! Do not use! Side note. J... read more
I had Poolwerks maintain the pool at my investment property in Edge Hill for two years. Without any notice, they stopped showing up, leaving the pool unserviced for over three months. Poolwerx at Bentley Park. Josh and the team have been amazing. Extremely reliable and helpful. Communication is always respectful, professional and clear. Cannot fault the services they provide. Thanks Josh and the team. I definitely recommend their services
Poolwerx Cairns South took care of our pool with a monthly service from 2017 until we sold our house in Edmonton in 2024. Poolwerx Cairns South was always friendly and reliable and their fees were always fair and reasonable. We cannot recommend them highly enough! :)
Had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Josh at Poolwerx! Cannot thank him enough for his advice and help. A whole week later and this novice has his pool looking crystal clear and balanced to perfection, for the warmer weather! Without over complicating things I feel like I understand the balancing of a pool better. Those little bits of advice and pointers that ensure your equipment lasts longer and runs how it should be is invaluable. Very impressed!
