I've been a loyal customer for around 8 years. I've had a few issues with their service over that time but they have been pretty good. This last year, service is shit. Gold service doesn't even get you pool vacuumed, skimmer box cleaned or water balanced. I've raised a complaint about the water being green for the last six months and have received over $600 this month in charges, due to their ongoing lack of maintenance. I had Poolwerks maintain the pool at my investment property in Edge Hill for two years. Without any notice, they stopped showing up, leaving the pool unserviced for over three months. When I finally realised and followed up, they had no idea why no one had been attending the property. It took them a further 2 weeks of following to tell me that they decided it was "unsafe" with no explanation why or no one thinking of telling me for 3 months. Poolwerx Cairns South took care of our pool with a monthly service from 2017 until we sold our house in Edmonton in 2024. Poolwerx Cairns South was always friendly and reliable and their fees were always fair and reasonable. We cannot recommend them highly enough! :)
