After visiting a few local pool shops, one of my friends suggested I try Poolwerx Boronia when my chlorinator failed. I’m really glad I did. I first met Mark, and what impressed me most was that they don’t try to sell you something straight away. They genuinely do their best to service and fix your existing unit, and only recommend a replacement if it’s truly necessary. I do not recommend at all. They will overcharge you and will not deliver a clean pool.
Had Mark out to look over the spa in our new house and replace the light fitting. Was very friendly, reasonably priced, explained everything and gave good advice, including things I could do myself. Following his recommendation I dropped in store for a water test where Liam (good name) explained everything in a way I could understand. Advised what products I had from the old owners that would work, no pressure selling. Was a good experience and would happily use again.
great service, prices & knowledge from the team
Needed some equipment and looked on line at costs involved. I visited Mark at his shop and his prices were more than competitive. Mark promptly fitted the equipment and his after sales service has been excellent. Always on time and listens to what you require. Beats wandering aimlessly around large hardware warehouses in search of supplies. His service thrills to the bone.
