Recently had a problem with my pool losing water, fearing I had leaks. I visited Mark at Poolwerx Boronia, and he immediately put my mind at ease suggesting it was most likely the hydrostatic valve and arranged a time to come and inspect my pool and change the valve, problem solved. He also supplied all the salt and chemicals required to get my pool balanced and sparkling clean after having to refill the pool. We have been using poolwerx for many years now. With our poop and now our spa. With the problems comes many call outs. They have always got the pool back up and running fast and with a smile. There always lovely in the show room. And reliable when we go away to keep onto of the pool, So it stays clean. They have also talked me through problems over the phone. It is very comforting to have businesses like them to back up the product we provide them. I could not recommend them more highly.
I would not recommend Poolwerx Boronia to anyone. We got them to service the spa for our new house, Jason showed up and told us that the pump was completely cooked and needed to be replaced. He could not turn the heater on because of this. He was going to send us a quote for a new pump to be purchased and installed by them. They charged us for 1.5 hours (most of which was troubleshooting). We still tried the spa ourselves after he left (first time spa users) and found that the pump was actually working.
