Shane, Deb and team offer excellent service. Had them replace our pool sand filter with a glass filter on Shane's advice and pool looked brilliant for months until we had a power outage and I didn't realise the pump wasn't coming on till too late. They helped get our GREEN pool back to crystal clear with expert support and kindness. Highly recommend them.

My friend and I happen to stumble into the store as we were planning to use a floaty at the beach, where we were then greeted by Deb and the store’s lovely dog (it was his birthday !!). Deb was amazing in terms of showcasing and explaining the good quality and inexpensive products and furthermore providing further support with our purchase by pumping up our inflatable for us. Poolwerx Bullcreek are a fantastic, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable team. They have a great range of products at good prices. We bought our robotic cleaner there, as well as regular chemicals and water testing. They always take the time to go through everything with us, to make sure we have what we need, and don't force random chemicals we don't really need on us like some places do.
