I would like to take this opportunity to provide feedback on the service we have been getting from Poolwerx Bullcreek. Bailey and Chris do an awesome job on servicing our pool monthly - they leave it sparkling! As you know we had to replace our chlorinator last week. I would like to let you know that we were very happy with the advice and quick service we received from Bailey. What a great team! Good old fashioned customer service. We recently had a sand filter replaced by Poolwerx and the friendly service and promptness was outstanding. Shane, Deb and team offer excellent service. Had them replace our pool sand filter with a glass filter on Shane's advice and pool looked brilliant for months until we had a power outage and I didn't realise the pump wasn't coming on till too late. They helped get our GREEN pool back to crystal clear with expert support and kindness. Highly recommend them.
