I would like to take this opportunity to provide feedback on the service we have been getting from Poolwerx Bullcreek. Bailey and Chris do an awesome job on servicing our pool monthly - they leave it sparkling! As you know we had to replace our chlorinator last week. I would like to let you know that we were very happy with the advice and quick service we received from Bailey. Bailey’s knowledge of what chlorinator best suited our needs was explained to us in an email and also in person during our monthly pool service. ... read more
What a great team! Good old fashioned customer service. We recently had a sand filter replaced by Poolwerx and the friendly service and promptness was outstanding. Don't hesitate to use Poolwerx Bull Creek. They are a step above the rest. Thankyou to the wonderful people who were involved. Much appreciated
We have been using Poolwerx Kardinya for quite some time and are always so appreciative of the wonderful service we receive. Shane and Bailey, who we have code named "Batman and Robin" are always there to troubleshoot any issues and help us out whenever needed. They are knowledgeable, professional and always willing to go above and beyond. A special mention also to Debbie, who is always at the end of an email or phone call, taking the time to talk things through and offer advice and support. The entire team at Poolwerx Kar... read more
We had a great experience with Poolwerx installing a new chlorinator and taking care of a leak our pool had. Bailey and team were efficient, friendly and incredibly helpful. Highly recommend!
Shane, Deb and team offer excellent service. Had them replace our pool sand filter with a glass filter on Shane's advice and pool looked brilliant for months until we had a power outage and I didn't realise the pump wasn't coming on till too late. They helped get our GREEN pool back to crystal clear with expert support and kindness. Highly recommend them.
