Tom has been awesome. We have had years of cloudy unstable pool water with every excuse possible. It has been sorted out in three visits and now is cleaner than we have ever seen
Super helpful, gave him pool sample and didn't even have to say anything and before I knew I was walking out with everything I needed. Thanks guys
Called poolwerx for a water test and treatment of our water and they said our filter needs to be replaced and then left. The lady that came was quite rude and dismissive. I do not recommend. We then called Clark Rubber and they came around and said our filter is fine and doing its job he treated the water and gave us advice about how to keep the water clear.
Knowledgeable and helpful, Although pretty much any product will be cheaper at bunnings.
Great company to work with.
