Matt from Poolwerx is a superstar. He explained everything patiently and I felt much more confident about my pool after he was done with the service. Most service people that I have met are in a hurry to get out of the house ASAP and get paid, Matt is that rare gentleman who doesn't mind answering questions or giving extra tips etc. Matt even helped me with my water feature. I would recommend Matt for all things pool related.
