Something happened to my pool a couple of weeks ago and the water turned green over a couple of days. Paul and his team had the perfect solution and talked me through what to do, step by step. Their advice solved the problem quickly, and I was able to go back a couple of times to get the water rechecked, with new instructions on tweaks to what I was doing. I was so grateful. Paul and his team are amazing. I would highly recommend them.
We had been struggling on and off with our rental pool since moving in 6 months ago. We were in need of a new cleaner as it was not cleaning the bottom of the pool at all and was ready for the bin. Never being able to get the bottom of the pool clean was then leading to further problems of green water, algae growth and generally just a lot of wasted time, money and effort! I've ust had a new Astral pump installed. Just a quick note of appreciation to owner Paul and his very capable and efficient maintenance man Sam Excellent service on time knew what he was doing , cleaned everything up .
