I’ve driven here because the store was meant to be open, but it was closed. I arrived at 11:00 on Sunday 5th July, waited for half an hour, but it’s still closed. I won’t be coming back. EDIT: I informed Google that the shop was closed on Sunday and this edit was approved before the owner replied.
I was planning to arrange a pool service every month with this company but store didn’t open and price was high. I went to Swimart Lindfield instead and booked an ultimate package. Due to the repeated lack of staff at the location you have lost valuable customers. I suggest to improve staff’s behaviour and their attitude towards work. Extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service at Poolwerx. I used their "free" water test, but the moment I explained that I already had the required chemicals at home and wouldn't be purchasing more, the staff's demeanor turned aggressive and threatening. I was told that every test actually costs $10 and that I wouldn't receive another free test without making a purchase. Conditional "free" services and bullying customers into buying unneeded stock is a terrible way to run a business.
Would you pay a 30%-50% premium on chemicals after a ‘FREE’ water test??? 1. First time visit and pool owner newbie, had the ‘FREE’ water tested, given ‘professional’ advice on what to do over a couple of minutes, but basically reading from instruction as printed on test results from the test machine/as written on the chemicals packages, paid over $165 for 4 chemicals (sunblocks 2kg $45, 4in1 clarifier 1L $58.5, phosphate shield 250ml $22, and calcium 4kg $40), paid and left the shop. 2. Always great service at the Chatswood store. I have owned a pool for 4 years and the staff have always been super helpful sharing their experience to make my life easier. 5 stars.
