From the initial phone call asking for assistance we received 10/10 customer service. Every staff member we interacted with were friendly, efficient and professional- and then to add to this we received assistance getting our spa sorted and the icing on the cake, the one on one training on operating the spa correctly- 5 star service by wonderful people !!! We were really pleased with the service we got from Mark and Michelle. From the very first phone call, Michelle was so helpful, we were having trouble with our pool being cloudy and green and we had a party coming up that we needed it to be in tip top shape, they were able to come out within a few days and get the pool clear and we needed a new part which they ordered and had installed well before the party, the pool looks great.
