We were really pleased with the service we got from Mark and Michelle. From the very first phone call, Michelle was so helpful, we were having trouble with our pool being cloudy and green and we had a party coming up that we needed it to be in tip top shape, they were able to come out within a few days and get the pool clear and we needed a new part which they ordered and had installed well before the party, the pool looks great. Have worked with Mark & Michelle & the team for several years now. We finally bought a Dolphin this summer - oh my goodness! Life changing! Can't recommend it enough. All those hours back in your hands and it does a fabulous job. Sand, grass, leaves, walls, stairs, you name it, it does it. Mark and Michelle sorted us with exactly what we needed and after putting it off for so long, I'm sure they are quietly chuckling and sharing a 'we told you so' moment!
