Liam came to help me with all aspects of my pool and spa. I found him extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and great to deal with. He is very professional and took the time to explain everything clearly. Poolwerx are an all round great company to deal with.
I would strongly caution anyone considering using Pool Werx. While servicing our pool, their team damaged our pool cover. Their employee told me to arrange the repair and assured me Pool Werx would sort the cost. I did exactly that, paid the invoice, and then they refused to reimburse me. Alessandra did a fantastic job servicing our spa pool. She was helpful, knowledgeable, and the spa looks amazing. The people on the phone setting up the service were friendly and great to deal with too.
Great experience with Poolwerx. The team was knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely friendly. They took the time to explain things clearly without overcomplicating it, and everything was handled efficiently. No upselling, no fluff—just solid, honest service.
