Today I contacted Pool Werx, Cranebrook where I spoke with a Roy. It was outside hours he answered my call. I have a leaking concrete pool and we were freaking out to be honest. I had a ten minute conversation with ROY. What a champion. Great Communicator, great advice , finished the conversation with a contact number for an expert leak investigator.
