I would like to leave an outstanding review for Daniel at Poolworks Dalkeith. We had previously visited other Poolwerx locations (Balcatta and Duncraig), where the service unfortunately did not meet our expectations. Theresa is fantastic- polite, knowledgeable and really helpful. She tests your pool water tells you what you need to do and never pushes you to buy. She gives great advice in an easy to understand way. Big fan. The shop is also immaculate.
Had a really excellent experience today at your store. The staff member was really helpful, she guided me in the right direction as I wasn't entirely sure on what I needed. I will definitely be coming back for more supplies soon! 😊
Ring first. And only go to the store when Teresa is there. She is the go-to expert in pool maintenance. Around Dalkeith, if you use the expression "Saint Teresa" you will think of Poolwerx. Time and time again I have needed help and St Teresa has come to fix my pool.
I’ve been using Poolwerx for over 15 years and they have consistently been excellent and their staff have always gone to the next level for customer service! I would recommend them to anyone.
