Cassie is fantastic, and I won't trust anyone else with my pool now. She's incredibly knowledgeable, always happy to help and has given us nothing but the best and most cost-effective advice for our situation and she's just a delight to deal with. She took the time to walk us through a pump issue over the phone, how to take it apart and check the impellor etc. which was incredibly helpful, no waiting for a visit, nor did she charge us for her time. The day after I had the whole family over for Christmas, my pool motor was on it's way out. I went to see Cassie at Poolwerx in Ellenbrook, Cassie was very friendly and helpful with my new pool motor pump I needed, in fact Cassie called the installer James and he could install the pool motor the next day. Which was a fantastic help. James you did a great job. I really recommend these people at Poolwerx in Ellenbrook. 5 stars from me. Top job. Thank you 👍
I had an excellent experience with Poolwerx Ellenbrook, especially thanks to Cassie, who did a fantastic job fixing a leak in my pool. The whole process was completely hassle-free. As a newbie to pool systems, Casey has always been super helpful whenever I visited the store; from guiding me through the controller menu to showing me how to clean the filter. She’s always patient, knowledgeable, and ready to help. Highly recommend Poolwerx Ellenbrook for their great service and support!
Cassie has been servicing our pool monthly for nearly a year now and we have been very impressed. We recently had some technical issues and Cassie gave great after hours advice via text. Then she came over and did a detailed report and took lots of photos to pass onto my landlord. I would have been happy to pay for this report but wasn’t charged. Absolutely above and beyond, professional service and I could not recommend highly enough. Very friendly, knowledgeable service by the staff instore whenever I go in also.
