I have been coming here for years with my elderly dad who doesn't drive. The store manager May has always gone above and beyond for him and always been so friendly and good to him. Each time we come in May makes it feel like we are visiting family. Poolworx clean his pool and treat it each month and are very knowledgeable and efficient. I am very grateful for her and the Poolworx team in general.
The staff at Poolwerx Emu Plains were so very knowledgeable and helpful with my issue with my pool when I was in there on the weekend. The lady who served me obviously knows her stuff back to front and the young fella working there with her was also very friendly and helped me get the products into my car. I've been to others in the area and this was the best experience I've had by a fair way.
Our pool was cloudy and the Emu Plains manager decided to charge us over $100 for a call out to put a few tablets in the pool. This is something we could have done ourselves if they were honest enough to save us the call out. The cloudy water cleared but the long term problem diagnozed by manager was a replacement of the filter was required. Unfortunately the manager was wrong and became verbally abusive, sarcastic and unprofessional when I didnt accept his wrong advice. We actually replaced the whole filter 2 years ago.
Many thanks to May and the other staff at Poolwerx Emu Plains. They are always so helpful when I get my pool water tested and need chemicals and they have assisted me when I had a problem with my pool pump. Always very friendly and responsive. Recommend highly.
I cannot overstate how appalling my experience was with Poolwerx. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was not just lacking — it was outright hostile. I was treated like an inconvenience rather than a paying customer. The staff member seemed more interested in herself than helping me in the store.
