I contacted Poolwerx Kew after our pool pump died. They provided a quote the same day and a technician within 48 hours to replace the pool pump. The customer service provided by Greg and his team is to be commended, especially during the challenging Stage 4 restrictions.
Just wanted to share our wonderful experiences when dealing with the team at Poolwerx Kew. We have had ongoing pool issues that other pool companies have been unable to resolve. Thankfully the team at Poolwerx Kew have quickly been able to fix our problems and the pool has never looked better. Thank you for your great service!
Best pool service around and always a good supply of parts. The yearly water health check is something we get done every year also.
Professional and friendly staff who have maintained our pool to a very high standard over the last few years. Sad to part ways with Greg and his team temporarily but we look forward to them maintaining our new pool in the coming years.
