The poolwerx team were incredibly reliable. We used the team for a prepurchase report / inspection. Jarad called after the inspection to explain the status of the pool which was very helpful and made reading the report a lot easier.
On purchasing our new home we took on a ‘tricky’ pool, thankfully we found Jarod and his team at Poolworx Kotara. Their level of knowledge, responsiveness and professionalism is outstanding. We enjoy a sparkling clear pool all year round and couldn’t be happier with the service they provide.
Poolwerx saved my pool from some issues I had with an air bnb guest. Since then I have trusted them to manage it and we have had a crystal clear clean pool perfect for guest every since. Jarrad and the team and responsive and helpful. He went out of his way to help us same day.
