I couldn’t be happier with Jarrod and the team from poolworx Kotara.I have had some terrible experiences over the years with pool companies.I have engaged the services of Poolworx Kotara over the last year and always find them prompt professional and a pleasure to deal with particularly this time around.With a insurance claim on my pump which was becoming difficult.Jarrod went above and beyond and soughted it out with no fuss I highly recommend Poolworx Kotara and thankyou again.
The team at Poolwerx Kotara have been fantastic to deal with since we filled our newly renovated pool. Jarad was initially engaged for pool handover and chemical balancing and did such a great job that we decided to continue using Poolwerx Kotara for our regular pool maintenance and servicing. Jarad and team have made the whole process easy and quality of work is second to none.
I found Poolwerx Kotara to be very professional, knowledgeable and excellent at providing pool maintenance services and reporting to clearly outline the works done. I’d highly recommend them
Yesterday I put in a call to a few pool maintenance company’s, left messages before 8am, about an issue with my pool pump. Jarrod, at Poolwerx , Kotara, responded promptly with a return call. Never heard back from anyone else, and still havnt 😔. He also got to my property within a few hours, and rectified the issue. Professional, friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable, I’m so thankful he saved my pool from becoming a swamp. Bought a new spa recently & contacted Jarad who came out to our home a couple of days later. As a first time spa owner he kindly showed me how everything worked to include the ozone sanitizer, filter pump, booster pumps & blower etc. He also tested the water on site & supplied the required chemicals etc so that we could start using it that night.
