Yesterday I put in a call to a few pool maintenance company’s, left messages before 8am, about an issue with my pool pump. Jarrod, at Poolwerx , Kotara, responded promptly with a return call. Never heard back from anyone else, and still havnt 😔. He also got to my property within a few hours, and rectified the issue. Professional, friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable, I’m so thankful he saved my pool from becoming a swamp. I’ll continue to use this service, and have booked in for regular services to maintain my pool.... read more
Bought a new spa recently & contacted Jarad who came out to our home a couple of days later. As a first time spa owner he kindly showed me how everything worked to include the ozone sanitizer, filter pump, booster pumps & blower etc. He also tested the water on site & supplied the required chemicals etc so that we could start using it that night. I found the whole experience invaluable and immediately felt a lot more comfortable about operating everything after he left. Fantastic service & advice and have signed up for a mon... read more
We’ve been using Poolwerx Kotara for a few years now and they’ve always been great. Nothing ever seems like too much trouble, and if something goes wrong with the pool, I can reach out and they’re always happy to help get it sorted. Luke has been looking after the pool and he’s been awesome — friendly, professional, and the pool always looks great after he’s been. Jarrod and the rest of the team are always brilliant as well. Definitely recommend Poolwerx Kotara. And if you’re looking for a new young pool guy, apparently Luk... read more
I’m so impressed with the service provided by Jarad from Poolwerx Kotara. We’ve recently moved to a new place and the pool was green enough to keep Shrek happy. In less than 48 hours it is blue again and the grandkids are very excited! Friendly and humorous, professional and knowledgeable, gave us several options with equipment for the way forward, no b/s. Thank you so much!
As first time pool owners, we didn’t know much about looking after a pool. The guys at Poolwerx showed us the ropes and keep our pool and spar in tip-top shape. Friendly service, efficient and great at maintaining our pool/spar, I would recommend for any first time and current pool owners.
