Rebecca is an absolute weapon. Honestly made getting my pool ready a breeze. I came with zero knowledge or experience and she's been patient, knowledgeable, friendly and has gone above and beyond to help me. Phone calls, trips into the store with my 2 kids, parts she litterally took off a demo model to help me. Nothing has been too difficult. Im very greatful and will be certain to continue buying all my salt, chemicals, parts and even groceries from you if you guys decide to start selling them. 10/10 recommend people.
Shayne and Rene' your pool service work is prompt and thorough. It's always great to have a chat about the pool equipment that suits my pool needs. Hot & wet weather is a challenge up in Mackay. You deserve your National recognition.
Have been using Poolwerx for many years and recently we had an issue with our pool following a standard pool service. After bringing it to their attention and after several phone calls later it was all repaired with 1/2 day. All service technicians very friendly and courteous. Thank you Poolwerx!!!
We have had a few issues with different pool parts over the past few months and the Poolwerx team have been so helpful in getting our pool sorted. They are very knowledgeable and take the time to chat about possible issues and solutions. They also turn up on time which is always a big plus! Our pool is the best it has been in a long time.
We utilize the water testing every weekend and take care of the pool maintenance ourselves unless we're away on holidays the PW team takes care of our pool. Great service, instore and at home highly recommend the Rural View team
