Super friendly team at Poolwerx. Shane was super helpful and very knowledgeable. Explained in thorough detail every aspect of the water test results far better than I have ever received from any competition. The store is absolutely immaculate and just goes to show the quality of service that they provide over competitors.

Went to the shop on 30 April with my Hayward Aquanaut pool suction cleaner and a pool hose (needed a similar hose as one had broken off due to wear and tear). The staff told me straightaway that I can't use that hose as there is a special hose for the Hayward cleaner. I asked him can I use an adaptor instead to connect them? He said no and it seemed that I have to replace all of my other remaining hoses at home. He also checked my Hayward cleaner and said an internal part had broken. very disappointed with my experience there everytime, they are there to sell you those chemicals which your pool doesnt even need and their water sample checking system doesnt read properly or they do it by purpose. went there on Wednesday to check water sample, guy suggested me some chemical to put in which costed 100$, after adding those chemical which didnt work went there again on Saturday with water sample and there was different guy who was trying to sell me different chemical and blaming pervious guy suggested me w... read more
