Their communication has been outstanding from the start — clear, responsive and easy to deal with. The whole process has been simple and required very little effort from our end, which we really appreciate. Brent and the team are professional, reliable and make everything easy. Brent is the best. His team are very helpful and knowledgeable. I feel I can trust them to keep my pool looking perfect without it costing me the earth. Brent, always bends over backwards to help, even squeezing in a clean after high winds,when I had friends coming over for lunch. Great team of reliable professional people. Brent and Dale have been extremely helpful to me in many ways. We recently had our concrete pool resurfaced and their advice in ensuring I kept the water correctly balanced has been invaluable. We have utilised Poolwerx Mount Eliza for over ten Years. Their professional reliability and candid approach has saved us unnecessary expense. We recently installed a new ‘robot’ and filter system on their advice. The benefit from Team Poolwerx Mount Eliza is spectacular. Latest Addition: A Maytronics Dolphin ‘Skimmi 300’. For removing pesky neighbours’ leaves [and not falling in] 😂.
