Brent is the best. His team are very helpful and knowledgeable. I feel I can trust them to keep my pool looking perfect without it costing me the earth. Brent, always bends over backwards to help, even squeezing in a clean after high winds,when I had friends coming over for lunch. Great team of reliable professional people. I would highly recommend them. My robot is great too, thanks guys.
Brent and Dale have been extremely helpful to me in many ways. We recently had our concrete pool resurfaced and their advice in ensuring I kept the water correctly balanced has been invaluable. I purchased a robotic cleaner after discussing my needs with Brent and followed his recommendation. I'm so glad I did, as it saves me so much time on weekends and has changed my life! My husband, Graham, has just purchased a BWT Aquabot Wave Robot from Poolwerx, Mt Eliza. Used for first time today and he is extremely pleased with the cleaning of the pool and ease of use of the robot. We have always been impressed with service from Dale and Brent. I have used Poolwerx Mount Eliza for many years and have always experienced great service however Dale and Brent have taken it to another level. I struggle with the chemistry side of pool maintenence at times but the advice given particularly by Dale was the easiest to follow and my pool looks fabulous. Both have been patient even when displaying my ignorance and their pleasant nature is also a credit to them.
