I don’t usually write reviews but I wanted to give a special shoutout to Poolwerx and more importantly Luke who served me. I was having troubles with my pool and he thoroughly explained what I needed to get in order to get my pool ready for summer. My family will be visiting from Hungary this Christmas and are so excited to enjoy the pool. Thanks so much Luke- you are a superstar !!
Incredible service from Vincent, really goes above and beyond to make sure it’s always looking great!
I can’t thank Luke enough for his exceptional service and expertise. My pool had turned completely green and was full of algae, and I honestly thought it was beyond saving. Luke took the time to assess the situation, put together a clear plan, and talked me through exactly what needed to be done. Thanks to his knowledge and guidance, the pool is now crystal clear and back in fantastic condition. His professionalism, intelligence and genuine commitment to helping made the whole process so easy. I’m incredibly grateful to have... read more
Had the pleasure of Dan and Andrew assisting me with getting my pool from green to blue. Amazing results, and took the time to explain to me their recommendations and how to best care for my pool.
The new pump & chlorinator appear to be working well. Many thanks to the crew who provided great advice to my wife whilst I was in hospital. We have been using Poolwerx for over 20 years now and are very happy with their service & advice.
