Competent people, ruined by miscommunication and a constant attempt at extracting as much money as possible from you. The price they charge for chemicals is really high, only beaten by the price they charge for parts. I had to constantly watch what they were doing to make sure I was getting a fair price for everything. This was getting real old after a while.
As a first time pooler we have been seeking the advice and assistance of Poolwerx and Mt Gravatt from almost the time w e move in. The crew are professional and polite and always take the time to dumb things down a little as we get accustomed to pool care and maintenance.
Poolwerx Mount Gravatt is amazing store that I have come across. Not only they finished my incomplete pool that was left unfinished by contractors but they provided so much valuable information that is invaluable. Shane completed the work at our place - he was knowledgeable and very friendly. We record his instructions for how to maintain the pool and it was invaluable.
Swimming pool servicing was done by the Poolwerx Mt Gravatt Group on 5th August. They installed my pool filter as well. Happy with their pricing and servicing.
Been going to these guys for years. They are great to deal with and they are the only people I go to for anything pool related. I've had my pool +10 years now and as I've had to maintain it, get repairs or replacements, they have been simply excellent every time.
