worst experience with them in mundaring shop. Bad communication and never listen to customer. Just keep talking over me and charged heaps from my bank without my permit. They have been here for just half an hour, did basic clean the baskets also put lots of chemicals that I didn’t ask which is 380 dollars bill to me already without doing anything else. Then they told me that they can’t clean it unless more money and cost from me. In the end, the pool is still the same dirty but the money has already been taken from the shop.... read more
I am very appreciative of the high level of service I receive at Poolwerx Mundaring from both the staff when attending the shop and the Service technicians who occasionally come to my home to service my pool. Friendly, super keen to help you out and both the service charges and shop supplies are more than reasonably priced. Rod ( service Technician ) came to my home this morning for a service and to sort out some issues I was having. Great guy, super helpful, highly knowledgeable.
The entire team at Kalamunda and Mundaring (including the pool technicians that come out and service our pool) are exceptional. They are always friendly and answer all of my questions and truly want to help you achieve the best at the best price. I wouldn't go anywhere else as the service they provide is amazing.
I had trouble finding an attachment for my vacuum for my pool. Poolwerx Mundaring went above and beyond to find something that worked for me. Highly recommend.
