David is a legend. I was despratly sourcing a unique part and was having no luck calling around all the pool places. Dave not only, called around his suppliers himself and got back to me in a timely manner. He also sorted me out and I had what I needed in my hands withen hours. He went above and beyond anything that any one else was willing to do for me that day. It was a simple task but he got my money in the end.
David is extremely helpful, I had some mould issues with my Enviroswim pool which David explained how to treat and resolved the problem. I also had a lot of dust in my pool which my Zodiac cleaner was not cleaning. David organised a trial of a Dolphin X30 which removed all dust, I then obtained prices and found them to be cheaper than other quotes I had received. I have now booked them in for monthly maintenance of our pool as they have been so helpful and are reasonably priced.
Met David at the Newstead store. He was not only extremely knowledgeable, but also equally willing to help and pass on as much info as I needed and more. He gave same pro tips which i would have learnt the hard way. Very professional, friendly and passionate about his work. Will be sure to visit them for any pool requirements.
