A few months ago we had a dual zone swim spa installed. I've never had a pool or spa before, so all of the care and maintenance was completely new to me. I'm so glad I started visiting this store. Matthew and Alex are so helpful and friendly, always willing to answer my many questions and always patient. I get my water tested weekly here and buy any chemicals I need from them. I’ve found the boys at Padstow pool shop very helpful, pleasant and provide great service. Highly recommend this shop to anyone needing pool maintenance.
I highly, highly recommend this pool shop. I went in there as a first time pool owner and was given a lot of helpful information by Chris the owner, whilst other pool shops have not been really helpful or as knowledgeable. I went to get my new dolphin robot cleaner fixed. Two of the buttons did not work. I spoke to Ethan who told me that with this robot, those functions do not work, but would see what he could do.
