Amazing customer service by Katie. She has great knowledge about the products and provides very practical advice. You can clearly see that she genuinely wants to help customers rather than just selling products. Even the owner of this place is very supportive and always willing to help local businesses. Our original pool guy retired. Poolwerx was engaged. We never had issues for 7 years until they came along. The pool has been green for months and the kids are pretty disappointed not to be able to use the pool over the holidays. When we're told they'll come by, they don't or they come days or weeks later. We top up the chlorine weekly when we didn't need to before. To top it off, they keep leaving cigarette butts in the herb garden.
Big thanks to Craig and team at Poolwerx Pakuranga for urgently replacing our 25 year old pool pump and filter in January. We asked for urgent help and they delivered with a smile.
