Poolwerx was performance pool and spa. They worked with an amazing pool builder. I believe he's retired. Pps installed our liner. The pool is fully indoors in a climate controlled room. There is no reason for the liner to fail. When I called them, they told me there was no warranty on the liner. They replaced the original liner for about 6k. That liner has failled. Went in for some filters, but had few details. Randy was very helpful and quickly found and got what I needed. Nice to have friendly help when I don’t necessarily had their products (spa) at my home.
Do not let them install an auto-cover or pool liner. Paid top dollar to have them do it only to have to pay another company to comeback and completely redo all of their screw ups and repair damages. I did give them a chance to return and fix but they blamed it on the age of our pool. I am providing this review because I wish someone would have for me. It would have saved me tens of thousands of dollars. The good news is the other company did it right and haven't had any issues since.
