Do not let them install an auto-cover or pool liner. Paid top dollar to have them do it only to have to pay another company to comeback and completely redo all of their screw ups and repair damages. I did give them a chance to return and fix but they blamed it on the age of our pool. I am providing this review because I wish someone would have for me. It would have saved me tens of thousands of dollars. The good news is the other company did it right and haven't had any issues since.
We appreciated their transparent pricing - no hidden fees or surprise change orders. When we decided to add heating during construction, they provided clear options at different price points. Their honesty built trust that matched their quality workmanship.
We hired Poolwerx after getting multiple quotes, and they were worth every penny. Their team was professional, kept the site clean, and finished on time—even with a few weather delays. The final result is stunning, and we’ve already recommended them to our neighbors!

We are shopping for a new pool liner and the process has been going very smoothly. Justin Nelson in sales has been very easy to work with. Informative and helpful without being pushy. We went to the store to narrow down our final pattern choice and were assisted by Mike A. who immediately greated us when we arrived and went above and beyond diplaying our three final candidates in the showroom pool. He was good natured, patient and informative. This was a really great example of customer service!
