We suspected something wasn’t right when our inground pebblecrete pool started losing water far quicker than normal evapotranspiration rates. Leon from Port Macquarie Poolwerkx came out with all his diagnostic gear and quickly found the culprit: a failed 45‑degree bend on a return line roughly a metre underground and replaced it promptly. Thanks to Leon’s thorough work, we can enjoy the upcoming Summer season without worrying about unnecessary water loss or extra bills. Excellent service.
After calling Leon about a possible leak on our pool, he arrived the next day and proceeded to diagnose possible sites, and sealing a couple of potential places. I monitored over next 2 weeks and still had a small leak somewhere. Leon returned with a new listening device and promptly found it, was repaired and now I believe the problem is solved. More than happy with his work and results
Lee came out and serviced our pool. He was nothing short of amazing, was knowledgeable, friendly and nothing was too much for him. Would recommend him and Poolwerx 100 percent!
Have been a long time customer and they never fail to deliver a great & reliable service.. they go the extra mile to make sure the job is done properly. Lee and Tim are totally amazing. Caroline. King Creek 🤠👍
Leon and his team have been absolute superstars maintaining our pool for the past three years. They always go out of their way to sort out any issues we have and our pool is always sparking. We wouldn’t manage without them!
