Very happy with the service from the new owners at Regents Park. My wife popped in for a water test last week and Katie took the time to explain everything properly, what each result meant, what products were recommended and, more importantly, why they were needed. 10/10 Incredible customer service , knowledge and just commitment to his work. Gilles came out to replace our pump and filter that had been started by another company. Many hurdles and hiccups later , gilles never gave up and he made alot of children very happy ! Our one stop pool shop from now on ! Thank you greatly.
