I have been using Poolwerx Richmond for a number of months now and my pool has gone from having a great deal of black spot to being sparkling clean. The cost of the monthly service is very reasonable, which makes it affordable on a regular basis. A big thank you to Sasha, who has worked on my pool and made it crystal clear. He is polite, listens carefully to my concerns, and always does a fantastic job. The pool is now beautiful and a pleasure to swim in. Thank you to the whole team — especially Sasha. Highly recommend!
Exceptional service and super friendly Warren is the owner and is really great to deal with He explains the process and is really informative I don’t feel like I am asking silly questions because he explains everything in simple terms and makes it easy Great advice and great service He explained how to service my chlorinator and saved me hundreds

Went to pool Werx for the first time ever was served by Warren absolutely fantastic. Best customer service. Nothing is too hard to ask of him very knowledgeable person and gives you the best advice on what packages are available to help. Keep your pool crystal clear and sparkling all year round will definitely be coming back.
Sasha recently completed our regular pool maintenance, and although he is new to Poolwerx Richmond, he has many years of experience — and it shows. He was personable, polite, knowledgeable, and worked in an effective and efficient manner. It was a pleasure dealing with him, and a real relief to know our pool is in such good hands.
