I was recommended Poolwerx from a friend a while ago, and I must say the staff are FANTASTIC, always friendly, they don't try to upsell, its just great old fashioned service, I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone that wants their pool/ spa to be kept in pristine condition. Thanks for the great service

My first time experiencing Poolwerx this afternoon. Katt was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and impresesed me with her on site training with staff. No oversell here just a willingness to solve my problems. Will be using them in the future and recommneding them to my friends and clients. Good to find a company with old fashioned customer relationship values.

Update: Thanks for the response, the review is for the benefit of consumers, I don't trust the results I got from your shop, so I don't trust your ability to resolve the issue. Everytime I come here the pool always needs something different, shock for marginally low chlorine in a salt water pool, calcium, buffer, now phosphates. Compared to 2 other pool shops both which aligned to each other. My guess is the machines needs calibration or there's cross contamination going on with the testing.
