I was recommended Poolwerx from a friend a while ago, and I must say the staff are FANTASTIC, always friendly, they don't try to upsell, its just great old fashioned service, I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone that wants their pool/ spa to be kept in pristine condition. Have had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Greg from Poolwerk. After buying an older place he has been able to identify the system, get the pool looking beautiful and explain why some of the equipment needs replacing in an informative way. He is not pushy or trying to sell you anything but genuinely wants you to understand the process and the different options. Feel very relaxed with him and he really cares about your experience. Absolutely amazing customer service and work and would recommend to anyone!
My first time experiencing Poolwerx this afternoon. Katt was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and impresesed me with her on site training with staff. No oversell here just a willingness to solve my problems. Will be using them in the future and recommneding them to my friends and clients. Good to find a company with old fashioned customer relationship values.
