This is by far and away the most professionally run pool company we have ever worked with! Family owned, personable, reasonable, and absolutely customer focused!! Just a pleasure to work with them and you can immediately tell that they put your needs and concerns above their need to make unnecessary repairs or charges.We really appreciate the way they value their customers!!
In anticipation of the freezing weather, I had Frank come out and walk me through my pool equipment and what to do if I had to do an emergency dewinterization. He helped me understand exactly what to do and even recorded a video so I could have the instructions for when I needed them. I'm in from California and I came to visit a friend while I was there. I noticed that his pool cleaner wasn't working while we were outside talking. I pulled it out of the pool. Found out that it needed a little bearing on the wheel and took it apart. Found this local pool works and stepped inside to highly professional technical guy and receptionist. I handed him the parts. Stopped in today (7/2) to get some advice on starting up a new pool. Frank was great and spent about an hour going over things to do, things to watch out for and offered a free pool school once the pool is finished and the builder finishes their startup. Very friendly and helpful!!!
