I spent a lot of money after my pool went green, the person who attended to perform the work unfortunately didn’t seem to know what they were doing and the water was left all murky. When I called the shop to advise of this after I had paid, I was just told this was normal. I ended up having pay another shop to come out and fix it all up.
I have a pool for almost 15 years and I find the current team at Poolwerx to be the best I have dealt with. They are honest and very helpful. when I get my pool tested I know they will only sell me what I need. If its raining they will help me save money by saying when its best to address the chemical imbalance. If you own a pool in the area you simply must become a customer of this store.
I have to say that the young guy working here has to be one of the most knowledgeable and helpful people I have met in customer service. He has been a tremendous help with getting our pool in good working order and I’m now a loyal customer :)
Been using them for a few months now, the young weekend guy there is especially awesome - seem to have the knowledge as someone who have in the business for 30-40years. Service is all around far friendlier than the other in the area, and prices surprisingly reasonable.
Always great service and advice when I go here. The young guy that works here is always very friendly and keen to give advice.
