I have been a loyal customer for many years, but the level of customer service provided for some time now has been less than disappointing! At times reached out for help as green pool anticipated and wanted to prevent an issue, to be told "no staff available" and big Council jobs taking priority. Pool ultimately deteriorating to greener than green as a result, had to foot the bill for a service they couldn't/wouldn't or were unable to provide. The staff at Poolwerx are efficient, friendly and answer any question I have about my pool. They have great knowledge of pool maintenance and provide a great monthly pool service at a reasonable price. They take on board some suggestions and even have offered a credit when there was a misunderstanding with the service. Best pool service company i have had to deal with, always leaving the pool nice and sparkling clean.
All the staff have excellent knowledge of pool maintenance and preventative care. They are friendly, efficient and answer any question I have. Being new to pool ownership they have helped immensely in all aspects of me being able to maintain the pool water quality and maintenance of the filter, pump and chlorinator.
Been getting advice and pool monitoring from Poolwerx for a couple of years now. Always get friendly service, and never too busy to take the time to answer questions, explain and stop and listen to any issues I might be concerned about. Very happy with the team at Poolwerx and will be continuing to go to them for all my ongoing pool needs.
