Avoid like the plague! They told me twice in a row that my Calcium levels were low. Each time I purchased and added more Calcium. They then told me my salt was low, so I added more salt. Then my chlorinator complained about being ‘over salt’ at 7,500ppm. Next time I came in they said my salt was low again at <3,000ppm. I told them that I was getting an ‘over salt’ warning and they said it must be wrong as their equipment is regularly tested. I decided to take a sample to two other pools shops. The Poolwerx staff are rude and obnoxious. Their prices are too high and theur pool cleaning services are poor
