Had a great experience with Poolwerx. The customer service was awesome and the staff were super friendly and easy to talk to. They gave really helpful advice and took the time to explain things properly without trying to push anything I didn’t need. You can tell they actually care about helping you look after your pool. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and honest pool service.
Poolwerx have been looking after my pool for the past 6 months & are without a doubt a very efficient business. I have zero time to manage the pool & these guys are professional, excellent communicators & completely transparent with any issues that arise. Makes my life so much easier.
My experience at Poolwerx Shepparton was brilliant. They gave me heaps of great information and advice in easy, no-nonsense, understandable language. They gave me choices and did not push more expensive options. In the end they saved me heaps of money. The technician who carried out my repairs was fantastic. I’ve been a customer of poolwerx Shepparton now for 2 years The service is always friendly, Rod always provides me the right advice when it comes to my chemical balance / equipment maintenance, no question is ever too much and service is always provided with a smile! Repairs to my equipment have been completed fast from quote acceptance. Advice on my pool robot has been fantastic too!
Super friendly staff, great advise, have saved me money I was going to spend on things I thought I needed and they have talked me into a cheaper options.
