Had an issue with my pool filter and called Poolwerx. Heidi was very helpful with organizing the installer to come out the same day to fix it. The installer was very professional and friendly. Highly recommend and will use them again.
We had been getting Poolwerx Shepparton for several months. We have a 4m swim spa. Our last service was an absolute disaster. Our regular guy was on holidays. The one who arrived told me he needed to add 500 grams of buffer. He actually added approximately 750 grams of pH increases. He then added approximately 1.5kg of buffer. Had a great experience with Poolwerx. The customer service was awesome and the staff were super friendly and easy to talk to. They gave really helpful advice and took the time to explain things properly without trying to push anything I didn’t need. You can tell they actually care about helping you look after your pool. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and honest pool service.
Super friendly staff, great advise, have saved me money I was going to spend on things I thought I needed and they have talked me into a cheaper options.
