Had an issue with my pool filter and called Poolwerx. Heidi was very helpful with organizing the installer to come out the same day to fix it. The installer was very professional and friendly. Highly recommend and will use them again.
My experience at Poolwerx Shepparton was brilliant. They gave me heaps of great information and advice in easy, no-nonsense, understandable language. They gave me choices and did not push more expensive options. In the end they saved me heaps of money. The technician who carried out my repairs was fantastic. He patiently explained everything and checked that I understood, and totally cleaned up after the job. My pool has never looked better and I am really happy. Poolwerx have been looking after my pool for the past 6 months & are without a doubt a very efficient business. I have zero time to manage the pool & these guys are professional, excellent communicators & completely transparent with any issues that arise. Makes my life so much easier.
