We recently had our pool resurfaced prior to all the heavy rain. It was a constant battle to manage the chemicals and salt. With Warwick’s expert advice our pool is now pristine. Thank you for all your help.

Excellent. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Easy to pop in, drop the water sample off, and get it tested while visiting IGA or the bakery. Then pop back in for the results and collect the chemicals which staff will help load into the car if they're not too busy. Thoroughly recommend.
Great customer experience. We took a bottle of our pool water in to be tested. They tested it, asked questions about the pool and then gave us a detailed explanation as to what we needed for our pool. We were not pressured to buy chemicals. We explained that we had stock of the recommended chemicals already. We went home, added the recommended chemicals. We will take another sample into them in two weeks time. And will happily buy whatever we need at that time. A really good experience. Thank you.
The Poolwerx team are great. Very professional, very knowledgeable and approachable. Only owning a pool for a short time they helped me in very way to understanding what was required and were very patient in addressing all the problems we had, without rushing solutions. Now our pool in a top-notch condition, best in the area I reckon :-)
