Service person Mr Ali explained all the available robo pool cleaning machines. He demo the operation and explained the available sales. Finally bought the Zodiac Duo machine. I strongly recommend Mr Ali for more details. He shares so much of knowledge and experience.
Always very helpful & friendly service at St Peter’s Pool Werx, convenient location & easy parking at the front door. They’re always helpful & lift the heavy bags of salt into my boot.
Very disappointed, went in today and purchased some minerals for the pool and had no acid, had to go to Clark Rubber and the same bag of mineral was $30 cheaper! Went back to show them the difference and all I get was bad luck!! Bad luck that I have spent the last 7 years buying everything from you, including a $2k Daisy pool cover and seat So disappointed I will never recommend you to anyone again ($145 at Poolworx……$115 at Clark Rubber!)
Poolwerx St Peter. Bad service . We try to get someone to check our Pump . And they are busy , so they book us in a week after which is Monday and they couldn’t even tell me what time their staff will arrive to my house . And we been waiting for the whole day and ring them back . They told us there are no appointment booked yet . And ask us to book again for another day . And It happened 2,3 times which they booked in and never show up .
Have been with them for years and always had a great service. Very informative educative and always looking for the optimum solution. Thanks
